PDFCreator
PDFCreator is an open source licensed under the GNU GPL (General Public License) to convert any type of document as DOC (Word), XLS (excel), PPT (power point), ODT (text documents), ODS ( spreadsheets), ODP (presentation), graphic or photograph in PDF (Portable Document Format).
Technology
PDFCreator is written in Visual Basic language and the creation and generation of PDF from any application that uses a virtual printer and the aid of the interpreter GhostScript.
Installation
PDFCreator The program can be installed in two ways:
- Standard Installation
- Server Installation
‘S standard installation program PDFCreator allows only for the local computer to make prints in PDF format, while the’ type of server installation creates a virtual printer network that allows all computers on the network to generate PDF files remotely.
